The Department curates the publication of two monographs: Memorandums and Notebooks.

The Memorandums of the Department of Legal Sciences follow a tradition that, through the Memorandums of the Legal Institute, revisits a series of Memorandums of the Institute of Legal and Political science, the first volume of which was published in 1884.

The collection of Notebooks of the Department was founded in 2000. Among the contributions to the series, particularly memorable are those of M. Allara, N. Bobbio, E. Casetta, S. Cotta, E. Di Robilant, F. Gallo, G. Grosso, A. Passerin D’Entreves, F. Pierandrei, G. Pugliese, R. Sacco, G. Segre, G. Solari.

Over the past years the paper publications have been added to the electronic versions, with particular interest provided towards the Creative Common access systems.
